25 years ago, we forged an incredible partnership in the counseling profession dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and families.

Our collaboration has been characterized by a remarkable synergy, as our diverse skills and strengths have seamlessly complimented each other. As we embark on this entrepreneurial journey, we are leveraging a wealth of knowledge and experience that we have gained from one another. We are confident that our skills, techniques, and experiences will enable us to make a positive impact in the lives of the people we work with. Our longstanding partnership has laid a solid foundation and we eagerly look forward to applying the knowledge we have acquired over the past twenty-five years to empower and inspire others.

We are both licensed social workers and combined bring 50 years of experience to our Life Coaching practice.

We maintain our social work licenses by attending conferences, workshops and seminars on a yearly
basis.

Erin Nientimp

I earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in Social Work from Rhode Island College, followed by obtaining my LICSW license. I've worked in diverse settings, including hospitals, secondary schools, and as an outpatient psychotherapist. Throughout my career, I've witnessed remarkable personal transformations in individuals by helping them set meaningful goals and develop plans for a healthier, more fulfilling life. Empowering others is my passion, as I believe in their innate capacity for positive change.

Karen Fisher

I graduated from Bridgewater State University with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and a Masters Degree in Education in Counseling. I spent the majority of my career as a Director of Guidance/School Social Worker in the secondary setting. I am very passionate about my new role as a life coach. I believe in the concept of self-empowerment as well as embracing positivity to bring about the transformation desired in ones life.
